Programmed from scratch in native ARM code, and with a 127 x 256 pixels screen with gray levels, it is much faster than previous HP calculators and also than the competition. The solid feel makes it an ideal calculator for school, in particular for those countries that do not allow CAS devices in class.

Here are some of the improvements over the previous HP39gs:

Multi language support: from over 23.000 different characters, to help in many languages in contextual setting;

text formatting facilities in two different font sizes, with the capability of adding notes and images within them;
